The Tennessee GOP Primary Board has unanimously rejected the reject by Richard Venable to have a recount of the Republican primary for the US House District 1 race. David Davis is now clear to continue campaigning without any recount hanging over his head. He will face Morristown resident Rick Trent in the November election. (story here)
