Pat Robertson is now receiving his punishment after comments he made suggesting Ariel Sharon's was punishment from God. The state of Israel was set to sign a $50 million contract will Robertson to build a Christian heritage center near the Mount of Beatitudes. Israeli Tourism Ministry spokesman Ido Hartuv is now saying that the country will not sign the contract due to Robertson's comments; they, however, said that the deal is still open to other Christian leaders as long as they do not agree with Robertson. Poor Pat Robertson and his $50 million mistake. I wonder if Pat views this as God's punishment for saying whatever he wants? (story here)
