Top 10 Photos of 2005: #3

APRIL 9

I originally never wanted to go to Spring Formal, an annual Carson-Newman who-ha, but I eventually decided to go and try to have a good time. I'm not a big fan of dances, and I'm still not. That night, however, was a lot more fun that I thought it would be. Sure, I made a fool of myself, but it was a great time for people to get to know one another better and take a break from the rut of life. I would have preferred something less formal, but I guess life cannot be informal all the time. Before we arrived at Calhoun's in Knoxville (the site of Formal), we ate at the Riverside Tavern. After dinner, we all stood outside and took every picture possible with every possible angle. Someone had the wonderful idea of having all the girls in our group to crowd around me while we posed for a picture (again, a wonderful idea). The rest of the night was certainly entertaining, and this is one picture that I will never soon forget.
