Sick Day

Yesterday was a nice day. First, I had planned to go to Dollywood with the original group that went over the summer. That plan was scraped after we had to cancel the trip because of bad weather. I told myself, "well, I can get some stuff at the house done now." So, I was going to wrap some presents and finishing decorating my room for Christmas (yes, I know that Saturday is Christmas). I was excited that I was going to be able to get these things done. Well, once again my plans had to change. I got sick as a dog! I did not feel good at all! I was lucky that I wasn't on my way to Dollywood and started to feel sick. I think I caught a bug or something at this party we went to last Saturday. The kid that lived at the house had gotten sick earlier that day but had gotten better. Both mom and myself got sick so it was a family sickness on Monday. I didn't eat anything all day long because I was so afraid whatever I ate would make me sicker. I was starving, but I didn't eat. Thank goodness I woke up this morning feeling much better, and I finally got to eat.
