Last Trip to DW

Yesterday, my friends and I went on our last DW (Dollywood) trip of the summer. Gosh, that is so depressing! The summer is winding down. Soon, life will return to normal (somewhat). My friends and I will be going back to school, and we can no longer do whatever we please whenever we want. Well, anyway, we had a lot of fun! I did kind of get annoyed, though. I was tickled, Holly messed up my hair all day, and I got stuck in the bad seats. Well, it was worth it to spend a great day with my friends! I once again got soaked on my least favorite ride, The Rampage. Oh yeah, Holly had a first. She rode her first roller coaster! I was so glad for her! It was on the Thunderhead, too. She afterwards said that she enjoyed it, and she wanted to ride it again. We almost got her on the Tennessee Tornado looping coaster, but as soon as we got on the ride they told us to get off because they were closing it down for a storm 10 miles away. Oh well. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get her on. We cut our day a little short because of the storm. They were closing the rides one-by-one, and we didn't really want to just wait around for the storm to pass. We had rode all of the rides that we wanted to ride on anyway. We had a lot of fun on the way home! On the interstate, we cranked down the windows, blasted "Rocky Top" on the car stero, sang and danced, and got truckers to blown their horns as we passed. Such a great day! To view pictures from the trip, click here or click the link on the sidebar.
