I'll Sarbanes-Oxley You!

Today was my big presentation for my Auditing class. It went pretty good, but I didn't get much sleep last night. I could have done better if I had more rest and had gone through it; didn't have time for that though. My professor kept changing the date of my presentation so this last date move was an earlier date so I had to scramble to get it done. It is ironic, though, that my topic fit today's sentencing hearing for Andrew Fastow, Enron's former CFO. He got 6 years in prison, less that the original confession deal. (story here) The title of my paper was "The Sarbanes-Oxley Act: Where It Came From and Where It’s Headed." I talked about how corporate scandals led to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and its effect on businesses. A PDF link is listed below if you would like to check it out.
