Use can now use the 511 interstate information system in Tennessee. I recently used the system in Virginia, and I found it very helpful. All you have to do is dial "511" on your cell phone while in TN, and the system will give you information on weather and traffic conditions. The only problem is that you have to answer the computer, and it sometimes doesn't like to listen. (story here, website here)
