Dell Explores India Even More

Well, good news for Dell's American customers. Your chances of reaching a native English speaker when calling for support will narrow down tremendously. Dell just announced that they will double its staff in India (most of that will be at the call centers). How many more staffers will they be hiring? They will hire 20,000 in three years! I just love calling for computer support and then getting even more confused because none of us can understand each other! (story here)
