Bush has nominated John G. Roberts Jr. to become the newest justice to serve at the Supreme Court. Now the question is will the Democrats approve him? Will Bill Frist have to push the red button for the "nuclear option"? According to some liberal groups, the nominee is not in favor of abortion, environmental issues, and certain free speech issues. Only time will tell. One this is for sure: this guy will be ripped to shreds; we will know the number of pimples that this guy had in high school and his favorite ice cream (probably not, just a little exaggeration). Things could get a little exciting in the halls of Congress! Story here.
