Another Homecoming Weekend

Well, here I am again. Home sweet home. Carson-Newman is having their annual Fall Break this weekend. So exciting! Gosh, I have been looking forward to a break. I'm just a little tired. (actually, little is the wrong word for it) There is something about dorm life and not wanting to go to bed. We all have gone back to our elementary school days. Friday was an exciting day. After my last class, I took my roommate and Brittany to the Knoxville airport to catch their flight to Washington. That was sort of cool. The Brian that lives down the hall and lives in Kingsport also went with us. At first, we got very worried that they were going to miss their flight because we got into Knoxville and got into a bunch of traffic. Also, as we were driving, we noticed the exit numbers were getting very far from the one we were suppose to take. Well, the Brian from Kingsport calls his mom and finds out we had taken a wrong exit. We are like extremely nervous now, but we finally get turned around and get on an 140 to take over to the road that we needed to get on (and I speeded up to 5 over the speed limit, oh no!). It was kind of cool being in the airport. I got to see my first TSA agent! I wanted a picture except I didn't think he would enjoy that. They departed, and I finally got home. We had a little youth outing at our youth director's house. That was fun. We went on a hay ride in the back of his huge Dodge truck. It was freezing, but we had a lot of fun. It was cool having official youth outings. Later that night, Amy, Casey, Holly, and myself had a little "lock-in" at Holly's house. It was great to be back with the gang again. Tonight, we are having a fellowship at the church and some of us are going to the corn maze. Should be fun! Got something to tell you all later that will shock! Don't have time now; I got to go get ready for the fellowship. Stay posted.
