Lance Armstrong: A True American Hero

Great news, everyone!  Lance Armstrong has won his sixth straight Tour de France!  By winning today, he sets the Tour record of winning the most consecutive races.  Isn't this amazing?!  It is days like this that we can stand tall and be proud to call ourselves Americans.  I am so glad that through Lance we are able to show the world that America is still strong and great.  We work hard to be the best, and this is exactly what Lance did to accomplish this great task.  In a radio interview this morning, he said that he gained this achievement by true hard work.  On holidays and weekends, he wasn't relaxing in his living room.  He was on the streets of Texas practicing hard and long.  We can truly consider Lance a true American hero.  He's no rapping thug or some drugged-up athlete.  He is an American that rode his bicycle on the roads of France and showed the world what America truly is.  Oh yeah, a little Lance Armstrong trivia, his girlfriend's name happens to be Sheryl Crow.  Isn't that neat?  Also, does anyone know if he is related to Neil Armstrong or not?
