A California woman is the first to sue the company responsible for the unbreakable Nalgene water bottles. She claims that the company knew the potential danger of chemicals in the bottles yet downplayed the risk to consumers. The woman has not suffered and physical problems; of course, someone is look for a quick way to get some money.
Myself, I am debating whether or not to continue using my recently purchased Nalgene bottle. It is great for taking water on the go. They are suppose to start making the bottles without the dooming BPA chemical, but I'm not sure if it is truly dangerous or not. There seems to be conflicting reports, and I'm not really sure what to do. I hate to give it up, but I don't want to expose myself to chemicals that will give me cancer. One of the people I work with replaced her bottle with a mason jar; I swore it was a jar of moonshine, but she won't fess up to it.
Is this the same bitch who spilled coffee on herself going through a McDonald's drive-thru which started all the bullshit with sueing anyone and everyone whether it affected you or someone you might have known if you had ever met them?! Grow up America!
