The tax rebates a part of Congress's economic stimulus package starts going out today. I'm not sure if I qualify because of my federal student loans, but I sure hope I do. I plan on using my money to have some summer fun. What do you plan on using your check for? If you opted for direct deposit on for your tax refund, you will receive your money before May 16. If you opted for a paper check, those will not start going out until after May 16, and you might not see your money until July 11. More info here from the IRS.
