John Karr will not be charged for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. DNA samples from Karr tested this weekend did not match up with foreign DNA on JonBenet's body. Seems kind of silly that the Boulder PD & DA went through all of that and did not line up all their ducks before taking Karr in. I don't know about you, but I smell conspiracy. (story here)
