$2 Gas Prices

Gas prices might continue to cut throughout the upcoming Fall season. Some experts are predicting that prices could be leveled down to the $2 range in contrast to this summer's $3 madness. They are expecting these prices to at least be upon us by the Thanksgiving holiday. There are a couple of reasons the prices are falling. One, the summer driving season is winding down and people are driving a little less. Another is that seasonal federal requirements are now ending, and this will make importing and refining gasoline cheaper. And reason that encourages me is that gas consumption is down, which I assume means people are conserving more. Also, commodity trade holders are realizing gas prices won't remain high so they are trying to get rid of their holdings. Will this actually come to light? Let's hope so. (story here)
