Here is an interesting article from the AP regarding Mexico's own stance regarding immigration. Despite Mexican officials wanting the US to liberalize immigration policies, it appears that the country's leaders need to look at their own laws regarding non-natives. Mexico actually bans non-natives from holding many jobs within the country. I don't understand how Mexico can tell us how to write our own laws when they have immigration policies that are much more conservative than ours. (story here)
