Interesting developments are taking place during this year's state Senate race. The Republicans are holding a slim majority, and they are looking to claim more seats. In the process, Senator Ron Ramsey (from Blountville, ho ya!) is hoping to bring down the Lieutenant Governor, John Wilder, in the process. Wilder has held that post for 35 years and has done nothing wonderful for the state except bring in more corruption. I think it's time for him to go; I don't care if it is a Republican or a Democrat that replaces him.
