I've been exploring some offerings from Google recently, and I found some pretty cool stuff.
Like traveling the world? Well, Google Earth is for you. I recently downloaded the application on my notebook, and I have been amazed. You can go everywhere in the world (some places have better resolution than others, of course). I typed in the name of my hometown in Tennessee, and the camera zoomed into my location. I then typed in the city that I will be living in during the summer of 2007; I was quite amazed! It was so hard to comprehend exactly how far that I would be traveling until I used Google Earth. Here is the download site.
Google also released their much rumored Google Calendar this week. I've checked it out, and it seems quite nice. It has so many great features to keep you organized. I like how you can color code different calendars (like birthdays, holidays, etc) so it is easy to see the different things going on. It also has great sharing capabilities. You need to register with Google Accounts to be able to use. Check it out here.

Korea - Land of the Morning Calm. That is where I am currently living as an "Englishee teacher." As I go about my life, I'm sure that I will encounter a few interesting things, and I might try to be a little adventurous. Stop by often for some non-stop Korean taekwondo-style action. Whatever you do, please don't have the fan running while reading this -
