Prayer Requests

Please pray for my father. He had a horrible accident last weekend, and he had to have surgery. He is not able to work for while until he completes therapy; he will have to go on short-term disability. Please pray that his recovery is speedy and that his health will be restored soon. Pray that he will soon be able to do the things that he used to do, and pray that the pain will be minimal.

Please also pray for Carla, a fellow blogger. Her and her family are going through a lot of horrible situations that certainly needs your prayer. Carla is a Christian, but she is suffering from depression. Please pray that she will overcome this obstacle and that she will be able to return to her normal life. Even though she is a Christian, her family members are not believers. Pray that Carla can be a good influence on her family and that she will be able to help her family find Christ.

I also ask that you please pray for me. Today (Tuesday) is a very important day for me, and I certainly could use your prayers. Please pray that the Lord would guide me and give me wisdom in my words and actions. I need the Lord to give the right words and the right thoughts. Also please pray that God's direction will be taken. Also pray that my nerves would be calmed and that I would be relaxed. I cannot do this alone, and I certainly need your help in prayer.
