Watch where you vomit while in the classroom. This student in Kansas threw-up on his Spanish teacher on the last day of class and got punished for it. He was charged with battery over the incident. Apparently, he told some others that he intended to do so on the last day. What is his punishment? He has to clean up the vomit in police cars. This kid will probably regret that prank for quite a while!
