I guess I'm weird, but I enjoy that Southern delight of kudzu! According to CNN, it is a common pest among many individuals below the Mason-Dixon. I don't know what it is about it, but I just love to see kudzu! It is such a beautiful plant! CNN is reporting that there is more than beauty to this gift from God. A recent study is showing that kudzu might actually help prevent binge drinking. According to researcher Scott Lukas, kudzu helps speed up drunkenness and, in turn, prevents so much beer from being consumed. That's quite amazing!
