Starting today, every Wednesday, I will have a special segment on my blog called "Wednesday Prayer Meetin'." I intend this to be a way for a community of Christians to come together to pray for one another. I truly hope that someway we can better praise God through this blog and help each other. I'm sorry I was so late this Wednesday. Next week, I intend to do this earlier.
URGENT PRAYER REQUEST!!
My church is going through a bad situation right now (actually, we have been going through a continuous bad situation for the last year). This Sunday, my church will be voting whether or not to keep our current Pastor. Please pray that the church members will vote the will of our Lord. Please also pray that our church body will become encouraged. A lot of people have already left or intend to leave. We could really use your prayer!
CR, TN:
Please pray for CR. CR has recently started going back to school to finish their education. They are having a really hard time remembering stuff and learning new, extremely complex material. Also, please pray for CR's family since they have taken a leap of faith to allow CR to go back to college.
Also, pray that CR's church will reunite and seek God's will.
ST, TN:
Please pray that ST's church and that they will find God's will.
Me:
Please pray for me here at school. Please pray that I will continue to make new, Christian friends. Also, pray that I adapt easily to the college routine. I also need prayer concerning my future and that I find God's will for my life. I also want to thank everyone that has been praying for me concerning college. I greatly appreciate it! I have truly felt the power of God through your prayers.
I also have a great praise! I want to thank God almighty for making my transition to college easier than I expected. I also wanted to thank him for giving me people to talk to and giving me a great, Christian roommate. I can't thank God enough for his help these last few weeks. I also want to thank Him for helping me to feel closer to Him and for giving me comfort.
