Well, the Amazing Race finally came to an end last night in a 2 hour grand finale. I have to tell you. It was awesome!! A bunch of us gathered in my room and had lots of food to eat (chips & dip, oreo pie, pudding, some strawberry drink, hot wings, & much more). It has been so cool gathering each week with friends and having a good time watching the race. Last night's episode was so good! First of all, my favorite team, bowling moms Linda & Karen, was eliminated from the race before the final leg started. That was so sad considering that they were my favorite team out of the ones that were left. I was really hoping that they would win. Well, Colin & Christie, Brandon & Nicole, and Chip & Kim were the teams that were left. They had to go from the Philippines to Calgary, Canada. In Canada, they had to do a bunch of winter sport challenges. Colin & Christie and Brandon & Nicole got way ahead of Chip & Kim. They got their airplane tickets to the final destination, Dallas, TX, first. When Chip & Kim arrived, information had just come out that the flight had be delayed for 2 hours due to fog. How awesome! Showing up late helped them catch up so much! Well, Colin & Christie managed to get on a flight that was like 30 minutes behind Chip & Kim so it was tight for the rest of the night. Colin even got so desperate that he broke the law by having a taxi driver drive in the shoulder through traffic (how likely of them). Well, Colin & Christie's efforts were in vain because Chip & Kim got through the challenge easily and won the race and one million dollars!!!

You should have heard us last night. We were like up against the TV screaming at it. We were so into it! We were all so afraid that Colin & Christie would win, but they sure didn't. I was so happy that Chip & Kim won. They were great players! At the end, everyone that had competed in the race were brought back together to see the winners. It was so awesome, but it was sad to see Charla & Mirna and the bowling moms standing on the sidelines. I am just so happy though that Colin did not win! Chip & Kim were victorious!
